Troubleshooting Common Streaming Issues
General, independent guidance for common playback, sign-in, and billing issues on streaming apps. For account-specific problems, contact official support.
App won't load or keeps crashing
Try closing and reopening the app, restarting your device, and checking for app or system software updates. If the problem continues, reinstalling the app can help.
Trouble signing in
Double-check your email and password, confirm caps lock is off, and try a password reset if needed. Make sure your device's date and time are set correctly, since that can affect secure sign-in.
Video keeps buffering
Buffering is usually related to your internet connection. Try moving closer to your Wi-Fi router, pausing other devices using the network, or connecting via ethernet if possible.
No sound or audio out of sync
Check your device and TV volume settings, try a different audio output, and restart the app. An HDMI cable reseat can also resolve some audio-sync issues.
Content not available in my region
Some titles and live events are licensed by region and may not be available everywhere, or may leave the library over time. This is normal for streaming services generally.
Billing or charge questions
Check your account's billing section for your current plan and next charge date. For disputes or refund questions, contact official support directly rather than a third party.
Device not supported
Confirm your device's operating system meets the app's minimum requirements, and check the official app store listing for supported hardware.
Too many devices signed in
Most streaming services limit how many devices or simultaneous streams are allowed per account. Sign out of devices you no longer use from your account settings.
